Knowing about Blood pressure.
As our heart beats, it supply blood through our arteries in to the body. While in the process of supply,it creates force to blood vessels, that is known as blood pressure.Normally it has two numbers in medical terms.
1- Systolic (upper number)
2- Diastolic (Bottom number)

The blood pressures determine by different factors, such as age, sex ,diet, hypertension etc. Though, generally normal blood pressure suppose to be 80 to 120 in numbers. If your blood pressure reach higher than this numbers, there begin your blood pressure high in systolic. In the mean time we have another that is Diastolic number 60 to 80 is normal.
So normal blood pressure is (systolic:80 -120 mm Hg, Diastolic: 60 - 80 mm Hg or 120/80 mm Hg.
1- Normal blood pressure: Systolic (80 - 120 mm Hg), Diastolic (60 - 80 mm Hg)= 120/80 mm Hg.
2- Low blood pressure: Systolic, (less than 80 mm Hg) ,Diastolic (less than 60 mm Hg).
3- High blood pressure (Pre-hypertension):systolic,(120 - 139 mm Hg), Diastolic: (80 -89 mm Hg).
4- High blood pressure (hypertension stage 1):Systolic,(140 -159 mm Hg),Diastolic,(90 - 99 mm Hg).
5- High blood pressure (hypertension stage 2): systolic,(higher than 160 mm Hg), Diastolic,( higher than 100 mm Hg)
6- High blood pressure for an emergency: systolic, (higher than 180 mm Hg),Diastolic,(higher than 110 mm Hg)
Note: If your blood pressure reach higher than 180/110, one need immediate treatment at hospital under the doctor's supervision because the higher level may take some one's life.
